ReFueled offers two primary service offerings:

ReFueled to Rise Career Accelerator Program: A 12-week comprehensive career acceleration program for mid-level professionals, including one-on-one coaching, frameworks, and strategic guidance.

ReFuel to Retain Corporate Training: Corporate talent development programs designed to transform internal talent, including generational communication training and leadership development.

All services are provided by DiAnna Huntsman, MBA, and her team. Service details, duration, deliverables, and pricing are outlined in individual service agreements or proposals.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, scheduling a consultation, or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services immediately.

3. User Eligibility

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. For corporate clients, the authorized representative must have the authority to bind their organization to these terms.

4. Consultation and Enrollment

Initial Consultation: We offer complimentary 30-minute Acceleration Consultations to assess fit and discuss your goals. These consultations are informational only and do not constitute a commitment to services by either party.

Enrollment: Upon mutual agreement to proceed, clients will receive a formal service agreement or proposal outlining program details, payment terms, and expectations. Services commence only after the signed agreement and initial payment are received.

 

5. Payment Terms

All program fees are outlined in your individual service agreement. Pricing is subject to change, but existing clients will honor the rates agreed upon at enrollment.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund policies are outlined in your individual service agreement.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

• Attend scheduled sessions or provide at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling

• Complete assigned work and actively participate in the program

• Provide honest and accurate information

• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and frameworks

• Treat ReFueled staff and other participants with respect

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in program termination without refund.

 

8. Confidentiality

Client Confidentiality: We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information, coaching conversations, and personal details shared during services, except as required by law or with explicit client consent.

Proprietary Materials: All frameworks, worksheets, methodologies, and materials provided during programs are proprietary to ReFueled and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ReFueled Career Consulting and protected by copyright and trademark laws. The ReFueled to Rise methodology, framework, and materials are proprietary. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Nature of Services: ReFueled provides career acceleration guidance, coaching, and professional development services. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as promotions, salary increases, or job offers. Results depend on individual effort, circumstances, and market conditions.

No Warranties: Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding the outcome of your career acceleration journey.

Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReFueled shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.

While we are committed to providing high-quality guidance and proven frameworks, individual results vary based on numerous factors including personal effort, market conditions, organizational dynamics, and individual circumstances.
